Tiro Association for Arts (TAA)

Tiro Association for Arts (TAA) is a youth-lead volunteer based NGO located in the Lebanese National Theater (LNT) in South and North Lebanon

Through artistic training for children and youth, reopening and rehabilitating cultural spaces, organizing festivals, activities, and art exhibitions, and introducing the audience to the history of cinema and local and international performances, TAA aims to create free and independent cultural spaces in Lebanon. It also aims to raise awareness of the value of arts and culture, and develop the life skills of children and youth through the arts. All the activities and festivals implemented are for free to all people.

The artistic trainings and activities include: theater and scriptwriting training workshops; handcrafts; fine arts; dabke classes; and weekly film screenings.
