Sampada Samrakshyan Samaj Nepal (ICOMOS Nepal)
ICOMOS Nepal, registered under the name of Sampada Samrakshyan Samaj Nepal, is a non-government organization with a vision to support better governance of cultural heritage in Nepal.
ICOMOS Nepal is recognized as the National Committee of the International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS), a global authority dedicated to the preservation and promotion of cultural heritage. Comprising heritage professionals including architects, archaeologists, historians, academicians and conservation experts, ICOMOS Nepal bridges local knowledge with international best practices.
Our mission is to provide advocacy and technical support to the agencies working in the culture sector to improve the protection and management of cultural heritage properties in Nepal.
