Through this series we want to emphasise on the importance heritage and the heritage sector and to accentuate the different layers, aspects, and contexts of historic houses from an international perspective.
The panels variously range from curation, collections, and politics of display in both museums and historic houses; conservation, education and digital management.
Among others our speakers include, Ann-Marie Richard (Interim Director of the Sotheby’s Institute of Art), Caitlin Henningsen (Associate Museum Educator at The Frick Collection), Darren Milligan (the Smithsonian Learning Lab), William Cartwright-Hignett (Vice President of European Historic Houses Association), Alexandre de Vogue (Owner of Chateau de Vaux le Vicomte), Amita Baig (India Director of World Monuments Fund), and Dr. Austin Nevin (Head of Conservation at the Courtauld Institute).
